Hi, I am organising my best friends hen weekend and want to get all the hens a little gift bag for the weekend, but need ideas for what to put in them. There are 20 hens all together so am trying to make the gift bags fun but without spending too much money on them.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks

Hi,
How many people are coming and what's your budget?
Is the hen weekend themed?
What are you doing?
Can you colour match everything?
I did a mini pink hamper for a friend who was getting married and is potty about pinkOfficially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

Few ideas... party poppers, L plates, some kind of headwear - tiara, boppers, nail varnish, disposable camera, mints and paracetamol for the morning after... If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0

If you have a Poundland near you they have lots of things for hen nights with their party range.
You could have mini photo frames, mini bottles of alcohol, a picture of you and the hen together, chocolates, a disposable camera...0 -
As you are buying for a few people, try buying in bulk to reduce costs or making things yourself.
You can buy chocolate willy moulds on ebay so you could make your own chocolates for the party bags which would be much cheaper than buying novelty chocolates from a shop.
Hen night badges are fairly cheap with things written on such as wild/ flirt etc. Also glow sticks and balloons are a cheap fillers.
Hope you have a fun nightMay Wins: Annual Merlin Premium Pass, Annabel Karmel Bowl and Masher

Thanks those were some great ideas, I dont really wanna go for the L plates and classic hen stuff, wanted to do something a bit different. I might try make up counters in department stores also, see if they will give me some free samples. Thanks everyone and am definately going to check out the 99p store!0

i too am trying to do tasteful bags on a budget. I got lots of samples from make up counters, made up a cd for the party and put a photo of the couple on the case and everyone will get a copy. I sent away for love hearts with personalised message on the wrappers for the couple, cupcakes (homemade), lip gloss/nail polish.
I have asked everyone to write a message for the bride on a piece of paper and i will put them in an album with all the hen night photos.
Hope this helps! xx0 -
Also check out superdrug or boots. If you can't get mini samples there may be some good holiday size stuff you can get. Also I see to recal superdrug doing cheap and cheerful facemasks etc. they were a £1 or similar. Also the poundshop near me had some haribo mini bags reduced (you get like dozen or so mini packs in a packet)2013 Free Money - £363.44 Topcashback

Hey,
I have arranged my frineds hen party - have done little goody bags for everyone.
In mine I have put:
A pack of love hearts (4 for a pound from home bargains)
A condom
A champagne glass (they were 6 for £2.00 from asda)
Mini hairspray (3 for a pound - check your local pound shop / home bargains)
Gel foot pads (?) - 29p each Home bragains. Primark also do 2 in a pack for about 70p
Shot glasses to go round neck - 2 for a pound in the pound shop
sealed shot to go in (4 for a pound from home bargains)
Some Mints
Paracetamol
I got 10 brown paper bags (think sandwich bags) for about 90p (Home bargains), decorated them with a few potato heart prints and arranged it all with a bit of tissue paper for extra padding and added a little bit of confetti

In Supermarkets you can get bags of sweets and chocolates which you could then split between the bags.
You can often find hair clips and nail varnishes in packs which could also be split.0 -
if you explain to a cosmetic counter manager that youve used in the past, they normally will make up some nice goodie bags for you to distribute to the hens, clarins made me some lovely ones free of charge with really decent size samples inside as i use clarins stuff0
