Well you'd need to be getting at least 100points from tesco to cover the £4 delivery charge...

£100 is 100 points which can be up to £4 in "clubcard deals".

Unless you have any extra points coupons or there are any extra points deals on... Check the discount codes section to see if there are any for free delivery / money off / extra points! I know some people alternate who they do their online shop with as often if you haven't shopped with whoever for a while they will send you a voucher to tempt you back! Sainsburys offer free delivery on certain days when you spend £100 and you get nectar points! If you order before the end of april then then you get 150 extra points when going thru the nectar website!
If you're member of cashback sites they often offer cashback for your first online shop. Also tesco usually offer £5 off a £50 shop for new online customers, again check the discount code sections.

It's actually too simplistic to say that 100 points equals £4 in deals as in most cases the deals you can get with Tesco clubcard points exclude special offer prices etc. I *think* I once read Martin estimate it at approx 3 times their value in deals compared to in store?

PS If you shop at online at Sainsburys (we now do) go through mysupermarket and get ipoints as well as nectar. I'm assuming you can do the same if you shop at Tesco through them and get ipoints and clubcard points?

Also watch out for Ocado, they will price match tesco and often have loads of money off vouchers around ( eg 15 off 85 spend etc + free delivery.
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

do find the "deals" ocnfusing re if they are worth it or not. I do shop and get petrol at tesco if I can but our nearest one is a lot further away tahn either asda or sainsburys! I always go for the deals too, not spend in store.

I would also reccomend using my supermarket but going through Ipoints - that was you are still collecting points and can exchange, and you can also work out who will be the cheapest shops
It's nice to be nutty but's more important to be nice

Spend £100 on Tues/Wed/Thurs with Sainsburys and delivery is free. Plus you can earn nectar points.

Good if the stuff you buy from Sainsburys aren't much differnet in price with Tesco (they are supposed to price match)
