yay to paying off the egg loan. I had some bad news yesterday. have spent £400 on car already. is going to take another £500 to fix! gah! so matched betting dooyooing and stuff like a demon at the moment!!! I can get there with a little focus! ) good news on the good nights sleep. do you sleep in a completely dark room? if so that may be why you are feeling so groggy when you wake up. i sleep with my blinds open a crack so the natural light starts to wake me before my alarms go off. (note the plural there te he!!) wasn't able to shift swap this saturday but have managed to shift swap next sunday (14th) instead to come see you at the ski slope is that ok? send me a text/e-mail/pm here/dooyoo he he you;ve got to love the modern way of 1000's of methods of staying on touch!

GAH to the car costs P. OH has bike MOT next week - that too is a money pit.....I think every part of it has been renewed since he got it :mad:

I sleep with a bit of natural light, and normally wake up at 4ish to the sound of the birds etc, but I think I am just so tired I am finally catching up a bit! Could just do with an extra hour or two each morning at the mo!

sometimes you feel worse after a good nights sleep,,,,specially when your not used to them!!
ive had a couple of 7hrs sleep recently and feel dunk for about an hr after getting up

extra packing up to do today as kid are having a teddy bears picnic at school:cool:
weather is still great

my ed is just about to leave for the states
dont seem 5mins since she 1st left the house to play in the street..
1st day at school,,
1st boyfriend,,
1st festival,,,
1st holiday.....

8.30 to london then ,flies to newyork will get their tomorrow sometime between 9am and lunch depending on connecting flights

Shaun, Hypno, Pania - tough days for everyone, in all sorts of ways - and isn't it weird the way *good* sleep makes you feel worse - thats when you know the fatigue toxins have been poisoning you (me too, by the way).
