I think I've been ripped off

On April 10 I placed an order with a company called bitesizedeals.co.uk for three pieces of software, the price, £820 in total. As of yet, the goods have not arrived. I've sent three e-mails I have not had a reply to any of them. I contacted my credit card company and the money was taken on 10 April, that's when I placed the order. There is no telephone number or address listed on the website, just e-mail addresses. I have no reason to doubt whether they would supply the goods or not. However in hindsight, I wished I'd done a search on them, it does seem that I'm not the only person that's had bad dealings with them.

I've got to wait 30 days and then contact my credit card company again if I've not received my goods. Hopefully I will get a full refund because alarm bells are really ringing now.
