OR telephone interview over..

Well what a relief, had a really good telephone interview with my OR..she was lovely we even joked about the money pit teenagers are.

I spent all day getting myself a bit worked up - but she was great. Thank you all for being so supportive and despite all the good advice i was still a bit worried

The good outcome

I can keep all my car accident compensation when it comes

The 8K i paid back to ex parents in law nearly 4 years ago is of no interest as i was deemed solvent when i paid it - so the OR wont try and claim any back (relaief as my ex mil has just had a stroke)

I spent hours tweaking my SOA - but as im on benefits she didnt even ask for expenditure

I wasnt even gently smacked for increasing my overdraft recently

My ex has indicated he will buy my BI - if house not sold soon - OR is sending out forms to hin all they want is 2 new valuations (OR wont do thier own) to agree BI level

so thats it just keep them upto date - she has enough to write her report

:D phew think i was ok - i did put loads on my reasons which may have helped..

good luck to anyone else waiting - be honest and will be fine im sure

Yep Dalip my biggest worry was the ex mil payment, but all good there.

now if i get my benefits sorted as easily i will be a happy woman.

now i can keep my compensation (when i finally get it) I think some new camping kit will be needed, oh and we might even go mad and buy posh toilet roll :rotfl:
