    I've got something similar. Yes it does work in removing likes of onion smell from your hands, however, I keep forgetting to use it, just another bit of clutter. I have heard that you get exactly the same effect using a stainless steel spoon, so you might like to try that out before wasting your money.

    Hi ,

    I bought one of these for a friend of mine , who is a chef ......and he uses it all the time .... It does work ..... don't ask me how .... it just does ! ...

    I also bought my mum one and she uses it all the time as well ..... Great for getting rid of onion , garlic and other food smells ...

    That's a good price £2.85 , i paid £4.99 each ..... In my opinion they are well worth the money ...
