Can any one pls help me?
Have got my credit report signed up to Credit Expert (experian) and since i last got my credit report all my defaults and ccjs do not show on the current report?
6 months since i last got a previous report ,this informed me that i had 2 defaults of debts i was unaware of and a CCJ all from 2000ish,i contacted all the companys by phone with a response from them all telling me that because of the age of the debt they were unable to help me but to send them a letter so i did, have never got a response from any of them? Recieved a letter from a debt agency took it to the CAB whom contacted them on my behalf requesting signed agreement never heard anything from them again
All these debts are 6 years old end of this year and ccj court date 11/01/01
anyone got any ideas?
Thank you all

Experian keeps financial records on your credit report for six years from the date each debt was first registered. So a default dated 10/3/00 would disappear tomorrow. Your judgment will go next January. Also, to see all the information held by a credit reference agency, you need to make sure you provide all of the addresses you have lived at in the last six years.“Official Company Representative
I am an official company representative of Experian. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"
