DH takes a yogurt to work everyday - Tesco own brand @ £1 for 6.
If I can get him to like homemade yogurt, do you think I could freeze it in portion size with a bit of stewed fruit at the bottom, then it would have defrosted by lunch time? Would that work freezing it?

Buy your bananas in bunches of 5 on Sunday. Then arrange them in order of ripeness and write a day of the week on each banana in felt pen, Monday on the ripest, Friday on the greenest to save time making those decisions on a hectic weekday morning

Hi Ruthieb,
It shouldn't be a problem as long as he stirs it well before eating as sometimes the yoghurt can separate a little once defrosted.
