I received a WEM recently to let me know I had won family tickets to see Mickey's Magic Show at Wembley from My Child (I'm named as a winner on the website); due to e-mail issues I was a little late replying and thought they would probably have reallocated the tickets which would have been fair enough.
I received another e-mail saying that as I lived in Yorkshire would I prefer tickets to Birmingham NIA on Saturday 11th April which I agreed to (still too far for me to get there but to be honest I was going to pass them on to an MSE'r anyway
).
I received a further e-mail on the 30th of March saying someone would be in touch with a reference number I would have to quote at the box office - I've never received further information and have e-mailed them since this.
I'm not put out about it too much but it would have been nice to have some kind of reply, common courtesy and all that. What do you peeps think?

Given that you don't really seem to want them anyway I wouldn't worry about it. If you want to speak to someone about it you can phone them here http://www.mychild.co.uk/contact-us-372

Hurrah!! I've had another e-mail and have been offered a family ticket for Disney on Ice - Princess Wishes in October/November in an arena near us. So pleased as we went to the Nemo show and loved it last year but it was a bit expensive to do again this year.0
