I ordered a Cala Lily sample from Sarahs Flowers and was impressed with the quality. It is made from a rubbery material (not sure if it's foam as I've never seen a foam flower before!) and she has some gorgeous bouquets, buttonholes, caketoppers etc.

I think they are called 'Real Touch' flowers. I ordered the stargazer lily sample too but it was silk.

I got exactly the same lol! I ordered the Stargazer Lily sample, the pink tipped Calla lily sample and one of the real touch hot pink rose buttonholes. I was really impressed with the realness and quality of the rose and calla lily which is indeed really real looking! I put it in a glass of water and showed it to my MIL2B and SIL2B and neither of them spotted that it was not real, even when they touched it!

I eventually ordered all of my flowers from Saras Flowers on Ebay - I have received a sample posy which is FAB!!! Looks beautiful and so real. I am awaiting the delivery of the rest of my order :T

I think that using real greenery with fake flowers is an excellent idea because whilst the flowers I have seen are brilliant, the greenery is often the most fake looking part.

  • Thanks once again everyone,

Leylauk could you send the link for saras flowers on ebay?
I thought the same as you with the greenery, some can look really plastic.

    Thanks Charlotte
