How do you clean an oven with stardrops?

Hi,

I'm sure I've seen on here before that you can clean your oven with stardros but I've done a search on previous threads and can't find out how.

Do you just dilute it with warm water and get scrubbing? Do I need to leave it a while before I use the oven again? Very embarassed to admit this but have never cleaned my oven before(had it for a year)

Ah I did this not so long ago - I thought my oven cleaned itself and then I found out that it didnt. I actually squirted the star drops into the oven and wiped it over the surfaces and left it for a while then I got another cloth and some soapy water and cleaned all the grease and stardrops off - it worked a treat. I just used the oven as normal with no ill effects afterwards.

Stardrops is brilliant and good for thousands of jobs.

There is a heavier duty Stardrops i think would be better for an oven job.
Its white Stardrops (with ammonia) and i think i would have the water as hot as you possibly can with the old Marigolds on.
Dont be embarrassed, if we took a poll on howlong you leave your oven before cleaning it i promise you, you wouldnt be at the top of it
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.

I've never been able to find Starclens - admittedly, I've only tried asda and tesco.

If you have a B&M near you they stock the Starclens.

My local Poundland has the white stardrops. They also do a green pine fragrance one and the usual orange one. I shall be buying my stardrops from there from now on as I've noticed Asda is now selling the orange bottles at £1.50. When I started buying it it was 87p then it was 50p on offer so I brought loads - and glad I did now.
