Mum used to clean her teapot with bleach..is there a better way?
Never clean the inside of the pot, then the tea will taste better.
Use a dark pot, it will not show.
I have a metal pot, crome on copper, from New Zealand It is quite attractive and the tea stays hotter longer.
The inside looks well used.
Hi Otterspam my mum also used washing powder but it took a bit of rinsing to take soapy taste away, i now use any oxy cleaner like Vanish, or oxiclean just put ina tsp of stuff and add boiling water and whoosh away with the stains
