i have managed to buy a ostrich fillet steak,its in my freezer,sounds nice,any ideas what to make with it,whats best to accompany the fillet.

Ooooo yummy, I justlike them like I would normally have a beef fillet steak (peas, mushrooms, fried tomatoes, nice chips, etc).

i have had one piece of this and its yummy but need something to add a bit of
further taste,any recipes out there i have searched honest,don't want anything really creamy as a sauce
would recommend this to anyone,mind you its pricey!!0
