Just in case anyone is interested as the title says tonights program was recorded in Belfast, I think it is Shankill.

awh...was really good......But not a weepy one. I love a good cry when they are giving away the money at the end. What a fantastic guy ....worth 28 million and so down to earth. he now appreciates his family and sees there is more to life than making money......And I think the people of Belfast fared pretty well showing what a friendly bunch of people most of us are.....0

Does anybody think that they are aware beforehand that he's the secret millionaire. Surely people have watched the programme and know the format. When he goes to give them the cheque, the cameras are already there. I think it's all set up.Member #7 SKI-ers Club

I only caught a few minutes at the end. Before the rich bloke had started making his speech the recipient was grinning from ear to ear! I think he'd guessed. It doesn't really matter if it's a set up as long as the giving is genuine and the recipient will make best use of the gift received. It does take away some of the "magic" of the show so maybe C4 need a rethink on how to reformat it so that there is a true surprise rather than fulfilled anticipation.0
