FWIW - If you get the chance to try out Bowen Technique don't hesitate & give it a go - it has a reputation for helping hayfever & I've seen it work well.

When I was studying Bowen, my mate was a case study for me & all the years I'd previously worked with him usually had dreadful hayfever so bad he often couldn't see because of swelling & streaming eyes, that's if he made it to work. After treatment he didn't need anywhere near as much medications, was able to go to work, and says that any symptoms were very minimal.

Since I've been qualified I've seen it work quite well & quickly too.
