Hi
Weare wanting to have a party at Pizza Hut for my niece (shes 5), there will be about 40 kids. Any ideas if there are any vouchers or deal which will come handy? The kids meal is about £3.49 sio it will cost a lot.
Thanks

The child has to be between the ages of 11 and 18 to use a dubit card , Unless there is some way to get round it.0 -

I don't want to say anything out of line and I am sorri if I offend you in anyway, but do you not think that 40 children is a little too many for a 5th birthday? I hate this recent turn or events which see's children inviteing the entire class to their parties, it costs the partents far too much, either through actually putting on the party or providing 30 presents through each year as your child goes to each party.
It also seems to make parties less special, I have really meomorable parties from my childhood and remeber who was at each of them, they were all my closest friends, the people I played with and went to their houses and stuff.
I am just trying to say that parents do not need to feel pressured into having these massive parties, they should be fun for everyone not a reason to take out a bank loan to pay for it  And if you do feel you really must invite that many children why don't you perhaps think of something a little cheaper? Maybe in the school hall or a church hall?
Just an idea as I have said, I do not wish to sound rude, I just wanted to say that we do not expect our children to be invited to every childs party in their class, sometimes its better to have lots of fun with a small group of close friends, even when you are 5.0 -
are you just planning on turning up to pizza hut with 40 kids and paying normal menu prices, or are you booking their proper party?
if booking one of their parties, they wont do any discount off the price, and i thought it was more like £7 a head, including party bag and make your own pizza
£3.49 sounds cheap for a childs party. even macdonalds charges £5 a head

I totally agree with you here.
My son is having his 6th birthday party this Saturday. We have invited 8 of his friends to the cinema (£1 Movies for Juniors at Cineworld) followed by Pizza hut next door- their £3.49 kids menu (+£1 each extra for the inevitable ice-cream factory). We have three children of our own as well, so that is a total of 11 kids and 2 adults. I personally would not want to take responsibilty for any more children than this - and also, cannot afford to spend more than this.
Last year my we invited the whole class to his party in the village hall. It was a big mistake as it was too many children for us to handle and was totally exhausting. Receiving 30 birthday gifts on one day is also just too much. Fortunately this experience has taught us to be much more realistic this year.
Each to their own though - you may have a particular personal reason for inviting so many children - so good luck to you!!!0 -
Honestly, this lady has posted a question to ask for help.
Just because you say I am not being funny or I don’t want to offend you but.. doesn't actually mean you aren’t.
My nana taught me if I have nothing nice to say then don’t say it and perhaps some of you should keep your comments to yourself.
I have holding a birthday party at Pizza Hut for my daughter who is turning 6 in January. I fully intent to invite the class and relatives, I expect about 40 children. It is costing £7 per head plus I will also buy decorations.
I feel no pressure to have this party, but I fully intent my daughter to have a fantastic party and this is what she chose.
I am a young married mum with one child and I will do anything in my power to ensure she has a happy and memorable childhood.
What I choose to do are my actions and everyone who has a comment – Keep it to yourself because I don’t care.0 -
Why did up a thread that's 3 1/2 years old to have a pop at people that might not even post here any more? Nowt so strange as folk!0
