Yeah, you're right actually - they can take a while to answer e-mails, and during busy periods, I don't think you ever get a reply!
I've never had any real problems with them though - even if it takes a while for delivery, all the orders have always arrived in good condition, all present and correct, so I'm still happy to order from them. Fingers crossed I haven't just jinxed by saying that! Hope your order comes through soon...;)
