i think it was this fork i bought: http://www.homebase.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?langId=-1&storeId=20001&partNumber=1722909&Trail=searchtext%3EFORK&c_1=1|cat_12079544|Garden+tools|12628593
the second time it touched the soil to turn it, one of the prongs snapped clean off!
took it back and bought one triple the price with a 10 year guarantee!
i tried to save money, but dont at the expense of quality!

It has to be said, you do get what you pay for. Value items often just aren't worth it as they end up breaking and you have to fork out again (excuse the pun..lol).
I would rather pay more for a higher quality item although I realise that sometimes that just isn't possible or affordable!

We have one of these, no real issues with it.
The fork bits do bend easily, but nothing more than a hammer can put right.
As said above, "pay for what you get".0 -
problem was it didnt bend, it snapped! looking at the construct i dont know what it was made from, but certainly not steel!
