Help Save dinner -Steak and Ale

I never ever normally buy jars but i did today because it was on special offer and i wanted something quick and easy.
Anyway fried my steak cooked the veg threw in the sauce and ... YUK!!
It's really really vinigary ... really tangy/sour any idea's on how to make it edible??
it's really horrid but i used steak mince and can't bare to throw it away .. besides i dont really have anything else left to cook.
