Cash Back Site De-Activated Account without Notice

I've been using giveortake.com for the past 18 months without too many problems. Today I discovered that my account has been de-activated with over £100 still sitting in the acccount. I didn't even receive email notofication of this.
I placed a couple of high value transactions in the last week which they may claim constitutes "suspicious" behaviour. If that's case I would at least expect an email notifying me that I'm under inverstigation.
I'm pretty unhappy about all this as I suspect that even if its resolved I will not get to claim my cash back.
Has anyone experienced a similar problem with this or any other cashback site? And how was it resolved?
Thanks
