cabot

right hello all.
we have been recieving calls from the lovely people above but have not answered the calls or been in any conversation with them.thing is we dont know what they want but it has something to do with the other half and a store card from many moons ago.question is without getting into a conversation with them how are going to find out why they are calling us. i have written to them to write to us with any debts or any problems.they havent done so.do i have to get my missus into to talk to them to get the details or is there another way
thing is the calls are every day and they are winding up her dad.i have sent them a email tonite asking them to desist with the calls and to write to us with correspondence pertaining to the assumed debt
have actually barred their number so they will have to write now
i barred their 0800 number but they still got past that somehow even though they used 0800 number

many thanks

If what they want, or need, to talk to you about is important, they will, eventually write to you.

No point in calling them, it'll only spoil your weekend. ;)

    They use several numbers, including:
    • 0845 0700116
    • 0800 3280708
    • 0800 9172226
    • 0800 9172225
    • 01732 524600
    • 01772 832188
And those are, probably, only the 'tip of the iceberg' - if they find that they are 'barred' on one number, they will simply try again, using one of the other numbers.

    They can be quite persistent.
