Handheld computer/mobile phone

Hi everyone,
I'm in need of a handheld computer or a top class mobile phone so that I can use it when out and about. I want to use it to run Betfair Mobile, MSN and it must have a camera on it too.
Requirements
- Must be able to access the internet from almost anywhere (mobile internet GPRS is fine)
- Must be Java enabled
- Must have a camera on it. A high quality one.
- Must be able to run two applications simultaneously
- Can't really afford to spend more than £400
- Touchscreen would be good, although that isn't a necessity and I could go without that.
I was looking at the Nokia n95, but that's a phone and in all honesty I'm not going to be using the device to make calls, so I was looking more at a handheld computer. The reason I want it is because I make my living off greyhound racing, but the track that I go to has stopped selling videos of past races. This means I would have to go to the track to watch the races, and use Betfair on my mobile phone and then record the races off a replay on a screen (I have heard about other people doing this).
Does anyone have any suggestions of what device I should purchase and any good deals?
Many thanks in advance.

Simple really just pick the one they are all trying to catch up with the iphone. I am not really into phones but decided to try one and it really is an amazing piece of kit so much more than just a phone. But just noticed you said good camera, now that could be a sticking point the camera is ok but not great.0
