A website I have joined

Options
Hi,

I have been given my own website that I promote for the "owner" and whatever sales are made from my website I make 20% - I've only just had it set up so not sure how successful it's going to be! Also not sure how I am going to get people to take a look, and more importantly, buy from it!

If anyone wants to know about this, I can give you the person's contact details as I don't think I would be allowed to put the website up here, would I? As long as it didn't have my referral on it I could?

It basically sells natural toiletries, fairy and dragon things, gifts, etc.

Affiliate websites are okay for a secondary income if you promote the website like mad. Dropshipping is also a good way to make extra money too.

Promoting them like mad? Will have to think of some inventive ways to promote it then!
    What is dropshipping?

What sort of methods do you use to drive people to the website? I have just e-mailed my mates with the website address and asked them to take a look so far.

How do you go about becoming an affiliate?

And while I'm here, how do you become a drop shipper? I've heard of it but it does seem reliant on having a warehouse you can trust to actually have the stuff in stock and send it promptly.

  • the best way i used to drop ship was with the merchant/wholesaler i bought from used to place the invoice i sent them in the parcel so it looked like it had left my own premises or my own company etc . that way they dont know which wholesaler it came from just you

    hope it helps
