dealing with creditors!

hi everyone,

when dealing with creditors through payplan, do we have to provide them or our creditors with our wage slips so they can see how much we're earning? if so, how many do we need to provide?

Best regards

Luke

  • hi am brand new to the forum and i have just started to deal with payplan
a nice lady rang me up and took all my details as in my outgoings am income and my debitors (have several!!!) along with the account numbers for the debitors she never asked my for my wage slips tho dunno if this helps you. im at the stage where they have sent me my outgoings and what i can afford to pay my creditors and a list of banks i can get an account from as im with barclays and have an overdraught and a credit card with them so they could take my wages to pay for the debts and leave me with nothing.

i owe mbna 3500 on a credit card as well as others but how found this particular debitor to be quite harsh so im wondering when payplan offer them what i can afford to pay them which will be considerably less than i pay now will they sell my debt onto a debt collection agency as i cant let my parents find out how much i owe and this is what im most concerned about?

any help would be much appreciated thanks :o

That's also concerns me, I've been contact by a DCA this week and have told them Payplan are dealing with my case but I've nothing from them since I mailed my info back a week ago.

Agree with your views on MBNA, they called in a DCA almost straight away but after they started calling me at work, early/llate at home everyday until I told MBNA to call the DCA off and I'll sort it direct and they stopped. They've been relatively co-operative so far since I've informed them of the Payplan situation.

Also I'm the same boat with regards to parents, it isn't nice is it!
  • yes dont take any truck from dca always deal with the creditors direct if you have trouble with dca tell the creditor they are reasponsable for there dca actions always works
