Interactive Survey?

I hope somebody can help me please. In October I got an e mail to participate in an online interactive survey through online Invoke solutions and I had to be in at 5pm on Tuesday 14 October 2008 and for taking part in this I was to be rewarded with £10. This I did, but cannot find out who the actual survey was through to collect the money. Im a member of quite a few surveys, but even though I kept the e mail and still have the link, I cannot find the original company it was done through to collect the money and have never been invited to one of these again. Has anybody else done one of these and got paid and how?

I was accepted for one of these, around that time last year for the same amount reward - it was through ToLuna. The software I had to install caused my computer to crash every time I tried to load the application to take part, so I didnt get the reward.
