does anyone know who has the best 5 year fixed rate for roughly a 90%ltv mortgage please. 
its for a relation.
house value hopefully 100k, mortgage outstanding 90k.

Look at RBS or Natwest if its for a first time buyer.
90% LTV, 5 Year Fix at 5.99% £299 fee.0 -
so are thr rbs and natwest the best on offer please?
