Loan

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help I require a loan for £30,000.00 I have been looking at a secured loans only because they offer a much longer repayment term (25 years) - although I am looking to pay it off after a year (as I have some money due to me in July 2007) I am only looking at a longer term to keep the monthly repayments as low as possible. Also I do not want to be penalised when paying off early. At the moment I am having trouble sourcing anyone as I class myself as self employed (as I have a couple of properties I rent out and class myself as a landlord) and there are not many companies that take this income into account. Any suggestions or advice please anyone - thanks.

  • If your record with your bank is good why not start there. Otherwise if you have good equity in the properties try the existing lenders. Also imho you would be best taking interest only option. Alternatively if the funds in June 2007 are from bonds etc, you could offer these as security to your bank.
