Disconnected phone affect mortgage app?

Will this entry on my file negatively effect my credit rating? I am looking to get a mortgage in the next couple of months and this phone contact was cancelled in 2003 when I took out an IVA. The account is marked as settled but the FCS Flag part says 'disconnected' which doesnt sound so good.
I notice there is no 'default date' like there is on my credit card entries, otherwise I would see it being simpler to get this removed from my file.

I have had many phone contracts over the years which I have kept upto date and paid on time etc.
They show on mine as settled and FCS Disconnected. It basically shows whats happened...the phones being closed and disconnected. It's normal.0 -

Yep, all 0's, by 28/05/09 all defaults '8's will be gone 0
