Well if the guys in the depot had been bothered to look i did ave a booking to collect the parcel, but partner said they didnt see bothered at all and were really funny, so i rang them back and put in a complaint and they said on he phone i can see you made the booking last night. Probably a coffee hamper/machine cos I got mine yday too but you never know?
And the first time they delivered the coffee hamper, I had a note saying 'sorry you were out' with 3 boxes underneath and they had ticked the one where they gave it to our neighbour to give to me.
