Bank does NOT have a Copy of a Loan Agreement, how can this be?

    Lets just say we have had 2 weeks school holidays when the number of trolls increase considerably.
    Lets put it this way If I borrowed £250k I would not have lost my copy of the agreement.

    I have my copy the bank does not.

    Then you do not need the bank to have a copy.
    You need an independent person to confirm that the interest rate that you were charged was wrong and ask for a refund + interest on that amount at the statutory level of 8%.
