Have you looked through the local yellow pages? They sometimes advertise in their that they are 24 hours.
You could phone nhs direct to see if they know of one in the local area that is 24 hour.
IS it a prescription you want or some over the counter medication most supermarkets sell over the counter stuff now and most are open 24 hours.0
