a plea for a recipe from a 1970's Reader's Digest Cookery Year cookbook!

I saw another post about how to make the best scrambled eggs and it reminded me of a recipe for Southern Scramble. I'm pretty certain that's what it was called. In 1981 we had a crack-a-meal competition in school and we had to make a meal with eggs for 4 for 50p or under (inflation, huh?) I costed this recipe out and won my heat with it. :A The recipe had ham and tomatoes, and i'm pretty sure it had onions too. I was 13 at the time and i'd make it for supper quite a bit, and I loved it. My mum won't keep clutter and she chucked the book out years ago!
I'd love to make it again to see if it was as good as I remember. Also, my hubby is fed up of me going on about my 'Southern Scramble'.
I'd be very, very grateful if anyone has this recipe and they would post it on here.

I have the recipe:-
1 small finely chopped onion
20z melted butter
4 large toms skinned and roughly chopped
40z diced luncheon meat
3 large eggs
1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
Cook the onion in the butter until transparent, add the toms and meat, cook for 2-3 mins more. Stir the lightly beaten eggs into the mixture season to taste. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are just set.0 -
Thank you! I can't wait to try it again.0
