Should there be a sub-board for Feed in Tariff's or 'Renewables and Energy Efficiency'?

Just got this through an email upduate so I'm not sure how 'new' it is (competitive analysis is dated Oct 2008) - Good Energy have announced that they are increasing their feed in tariff's from 10p to 15p per unit. More here:
