Woolwich Fixed Rate and Moving Home

Hi,

Could you all advise me on my mortgage.

Currently have a 96K mortgage with the Woolwich at a fixed rate of 5.69%. 2 years outstanding. 3% early repayment charge.

Have sold property for 98k and bought another for 155k.

Didn't ever believe we would sell so last month paid a chunk of savings off the mortgage so balance is now 79k.

The Woolwich require 15% deposits so we need a deposit of 23.25k and a mortgage of 131.25.

We can manage the deposit but don't want another fixed rate at the mo. How else can we do it? We are happy to continue with original fix but what about extra?

Thanks
