I just woke this morning thinking of this idea for some reason. Can anyone help me about what I would need with regards to certificates. Can I just go and sell them without a food and hygiene cert?

Hi, sounds like a pretty good idea to me if you have the knowledge of making up a bike (which wouldnt have a clue on)....getting fit too while biking around.

I think you will need a license for selling but not really sure about the food hygiene (I'm sure someone at the council could tell you though).

Gosh I remember those from when I was young. They used to be a trike sort of affair with a freezer box at front and a large umbrella over the top. They used to directly compete with the ice cream vans, not seen one for years though.

Brings back memories.
