What do I do?

I have been split from ex for 4 years. Received maintenance for first 12months then nothing as he had a child to his new gf. I finally tracked him down and went to CSA. Payments were worked out to include the ones he missed!
Great I thought! I was wrong!
He claimed that him and his gf split up (CSA contacted him in the Feb 08 and he claimed that they split in Jan 08!)
So payments were halved between the two children.
I had my suspicions before and heard from various people that him and her were still an item!
Told CSA and as she was claiming at a different address (even though they were living together!) they basically did not want to know!
Found out today that him and her have since in the last 14months of them 'seperating' they now have a son together and they are very much together!
What do I do? I am inclined to hit him in the pocket by taking a baseball bat to his car but it might accidently slip onto his head:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::eek:

Seriously though do I have a case or not? Basically my payments should be double what they are (I don't need his money) and am saving for wee one to do what she wants with it when she is older.
My dad never paid a penny of maintenance towards me so before you all start "well you said you don't need it......" it's more of matter of principle!

Thanks in advance

If they are together he will get a reduction for their child, if they are seperate then he will have to support both kids. So i'm unsure what it is you are trying to achieve?

If you can provide real evidence then you can. Ask them to refer the case to criminal compliance for them to investigate properly.

What evidence do YOU have of the other child and the fact that they live together?
  • Informed CSA and surprise surprise no money had been paid in months for the other claim! Why? Because they live together anyway. Friend works in revenues section of local council and both on the council tax bill! CSA going to visit him!

The fact that he has lied to the CSA about his circumstances to avoid paying a higher amount of maintenance for my child!

I hope you win with this one - it will show unscrupulous NRPs that this 'trick' will fail.
