URGENT HELP NEEDED~What do I charge for giving referrals to companies?

I have recently stated my own company in the last 12 months. Looking for way to increase my income I have seen a potential to be able to get referalls from the clients that I do work for to pass on to other companies. I have a meeting tomorrow with a company who I have approached. The products that this company supplies would cost approx £250-£350 per product, but they have a specialised product that would cost approx £5,000. How would it be best to handle the referalls. I was thinking possibly having a leaflet from this company and my client contacts me if they are interested and I then email their details and receive a fee per referall, but not sure what to ask? I can't think of a way of getting commission if they actually buy the products as it would be based on trust. Also I was think for allowing the company to put a small advert on my vehicle for an agreed length of time and charge them, but again not sure what to charge. Can anybody give me advice, as I am meeting them tomorrow.

I realise this is a bit late.

I would look at a 10% take on commission for something like this.

Your biggest problem is tracking. How will they be able to confirm that the lead/sale came through you?

As for vehicle advertising. If you google it, you will see that there isn't much money to be made by doing it. Unless you can negotiate what YOU think is a reasonable amount that is.
