Lowest SVR out there?

Apologies if the question has been asked. I've tried searching through the pages of the forum but there's a wealth of info on here!!!

I'm borderline LTV of about 75% and will need to re-mortgage in the summer.

If I do go above 75% and need to jig along on a competitive SVR for a while, can you point me in the direction of those lenders who are currently operating at the lower end of the scale?

Advice appreciated

Mike

I doubt you'll find a lender that will offer you an SVR as a remortgage option.
  • Hi Andy

Sorry, probably didn't explain myself as well as I could have.

I'm coming to the end of my 4.99% fixed rate with Alliance & Leicester. At the end of this, I'll drop on to their SVR which is currently 4.99% too.

I just wondered how the Alliance & Leicester SVR of 4.99% compared across the board with other lenders?

Mine is Halifax SVR at 3.4 - but been with them ages so no remortage.
