I have received letter from the swedish equivalent of the British Local Educational Authority asking me to repay the money that i borrowed while living in Sweden, They are threatening to go to Intrum Justitia if i dont pay up.
I have been in touch with various free debt advise agencies and they all tell me that they can not do anything as the debt is a foreign one. I even called experian to see if this would affect my credit rating and the told me that it definitely wont.
Since you are a professional Mr Martin, could you please tell me for sure what could happen?
