Internet Coupons (print-off-able)

I've been looking to see if I can find more 'print-off-able' coupons to take to the supermarket.

I've tried the Search facility but was totally confused - kept bringing up online voucher codes.

I've got some codes from THIS thread :

Does anybody have any others?

(especially ones like the £1 vileda coupon!)

If you register on the Sennokot link, they will email you a 'printoffable' 50p voucher!

(There are also quite a few 30p ones on here that can just be printed off as many times as you like.....)

I've found more of these on Bobs website - http://www.bobsfreestuffforum.co.uk/forum/viewforum.php?f=117
although most do turn up on MSE too.

Doesn't really matter as long as the shop takes them unless you self scan at Tescos

Will Tesco self scan take the print off coupons, do you have to buy the product, will it only take so many a transaction?
This is my first post please be nice.

No easy answer to this one, I'm afraid. :)

A lot of stores (Tesco or others) don't take internet coupons at all, but some do. The self-scan might take them, depending on the barcode quality on your coupon. If it accepts it, you generally don't have to buy the product, unless the till asks for authorisation from staff, which could lead to them taking your coupon out and not accepting it.

The coupon amount varies from one store to another and from one SA to another. Some take just one, some take 10%, other might take more. Some don't accept any!

The best advice is really to give it a go in your local store (start with just one coupon and go on a Saturday when there's lots of students on the tills) and see how it goes - good luck! :)

I'd try with a few of the high value ones. I tried this at my local Morrisons, and I picked a till where there was a young, bored-looking lad on.

At first, he said he wasn't sure if they would accept them, but I politely said I'd had no trouble when I'd been to their other shop, and he said that if the other shop had accepted them, then he didn't see why he couldn't. Then he scanned them all through!

My first visit, I got £3 off my bill!

what ever you do print the best quality colour print you can. Its poor quality ones that cause the shop to think twice and question them.

I print high quality double sided copies with no trouble.

Some internet vouchers are not that clear, if they dont print well i dont even try them, its not worth risking my local store changing their mind on internet vouchers. I just hope others in my area do the same.
