You can get the same kit for £59.99 on another website, and there are also kits without dvd for about £35.99. I can't get over how expensive some of the pro ones are.

You do need a quality pole and sturdy fixings: I have seen the threads wear and the pole come down on someone training. Bear in mind you will be swinging your entire bodyweight and/ or suspending yourself upside down.
