  • For cleaning drains, formulated chemicals are infused into the drainage system which helps in elimination of clogged pipelines, and regular cleaning process is taken on, it would remove the toxic element.

I'm another fan of the bicarb of soda + vinegar approach. Works a treat. I follow up with two boiling kettles of water.

I also use a splash of bleach in the sink with water, and let the sink soak to lift any tea stains.

I see we have a Chinese newby on post number 12. No English person actually named Jessica could manage to mangle their native tongue so dreadfully. Bumping a thread nearly eight years old should have been a clue as well.
  • First Method - Get Rid of Stains

Pour 1 cup of white vinegar down the drain. Let it sit for 30 minutes, then rinse your sink with hot water to remove the stain.

Boil 3 cups of water to remove drain odors and partial blockage. Pour 1 cup of baking soda down the drain first and follow it with the boiling water. If it still drains slowly, repeat until any odor and clog is gone.

Squeeze a few lemons over the drain and let the juice sit without running water for at least 1 hour. If you don't have fresh lemons, a 1/2 cup of lemon juice concentrate will work.

Fill a white porcelain sink with bleach directly from the bottle. Allow the bleach to sit in the sink for 10 minutes before draining and rinsing it to get your sink white again. Use a bleach pen for stubborn small stains.
Scour out a stinky disposal with ice. If a garbage disposal runs well but smells bad, fill it with a few cups of ice cubes and give it only a little cold water as it grinds these to scour out buildup with an "abrasive" that will not hurt its steel grinders.
    Second Method- Clean a Clog

    Use a plunger

Use a barbed plastic drain cleaning tool

Blast a stubborn clog out of a drain using a wet/dry shop vacuum

Wrap a heating pad around the trap pipe under the sink if you know your drain is clogged with grease from cooking

Buy an inexpensive cable auger, or plumber's snake
I think the above information is very helpful to you and every person that need to clean drain.

For your information my drains are now sparkling clean. I alternate with weekly treatments of soda crystals and bleach and occasionally I get hubby to get the jet wash on them. :D
