Is there a form you need to fill in (SARN) or do you just need to contact the creditor?
Smile want to charge £10 for every statement - yeah right!!0 -
Just contact the creditor, they may well have their own internal form, but the £10 is laid down within the DPA,bydganwil wrote:Is there a form you need to fill in (SARN) or do you just need to contact the creditor?

Many organisation do try to charge more, and in real terms as long as their costs are proportionate then unfortunately the DPA £10 technically becomes ineffective.
if you really wanted to fight it you would win, but most people tend to bite the bullet and accept "reasonable" provision fees:rolleyes: It’s hard enough remembering my opinions - without remembering my reasons for them :rolleyes:0
