any idea where.....

There are threads for homemade bread rolls but done by hand not with a breadmaker?
i can't find them anywhere:confused:

    Just use a standard recipe and let the breadmaker do the mixing, kneading and rising. Then take the dough out and shape it into rolls and bake them in the oven, just as if you kneaded them yourself.

    If I have read you right, you want to make bread rolls by hand not by a breadmaker? If that is the case, then the above link is for handmade bread but there are also roll recipes. If I am wrong, ignore me, lol! I have jsut had my first go using the hovis ready mixes and they were great. I will be having a go at "from scratch" very soon now!
