Has she? She says that she is "a conservative member" of those that believe that "as soon as there is any liquidity in the mortgage markets you will get killed in the rush".0 -

She`s dead fat and bounced?0

I get the impression she's suddenly done some research into how the markets work. She never came out with anything remotely economic like that before!'Never keep up with Joneses. Drag them down to your level. It's cheaper.' Quentin Crisp0

With Krusty's indepth knowledge of economics she'd be eminently well qualified to be the Economics editor of some respected Economics journal. Or more likely some sensationalist rag like the Sun.Krusty & Phil Madoff, 1990 - 2007:
"Buy now because house prices only ever go UP, UP, UP."0 -
Anyone who believes TV experts is deluded. They are not cast for their expertise but for their onscreen manner. In Phil and Kirsty's case a nice middle of the road couple that won't scare the horses and will make us all feel everything is safe and lovely as we sit down to our TV dinner.
While we are at blaming P&K effect on the UK market we'd do well to look at all those Place in the Sun muggins who bought overseas at overinflated prices. The locals in those areas are certainly not going to be able to pay the same prices now the MEWers can't finance overseas second homes. Those who will not reason, are bigots, those who cannot, are fools, and those who dare not, are slaves. - Lord Byron0 -
She mentions dead cat bounce only to dismiss it, to claim that due to supply and demand house prices are going to recover in a hurry. So she's learned some terminology, but she's still basically clueless.0

... due no doubt entirely to stamp duty.0

I get the impression that the only audience this woman still has is forums such as this who like to absorb, digest and comment on her every appearance on TV and in the media in general. I'm honestly not having a dig or being facetious when I say that I think it's really sweet how much attention some members of this forum pay her. It's like those boys at school who always pulled the bra straps of girls they 'hated'.0

She's got a new show on Channel 4 tonight hasn't she? Some makeover type thing....?
Don't think I'll be Sky +'ing it.Illegitimi non carborundum.0
