    I can't see them refusing a sale becasue a cod eis being used each time. They offer the codes and therefore know what to expect.

    i bought the information also but none of the orders are going through.... do you think there is a minimum spend with the codes? and do they have to be used with an account

    I also bought it, I see what meerustar was getting at when she said she couldn't post them now ;)

    From what I have found, they do have a minimum spend, £30 was over £60 (I think) minimum spend, thats the only one I am 100% sure about as I was playing arund with it. From what I could tell, it creates an account for you when you proceed to the checkout, you enter your details and it automatically logs you in and sends an email to you.

    I am saying this in the nicest possible way but will people please stop PM'ing me for codes and stuff.

    I am not sending codes or info to anyone's PM, email or posting anywhere else. As Jamie has said above, he now knows why i can't send it.

    well ive created an account with them which means i pay for the stuff when i get a statement and so far ive managed to get a £20 discount off something that was only £25 so gota nice skirt for a fiver.....

    Makes me laugh i have had people email me asking for the info also

    I just bought hubby a jacket, was £280 then reduced to £120 in sale with £30 off code. So £90 for £280 jacket and it's not even his birthday, lmao.

    BTW Lynsey, isn't it a pian everyone PM'ing for info. However I have had no PM's since my posting above so maybe they decided to find out for themselves, lol.

    Another question for you guys ... I have never bought anything from LX Direct before but I do know it is part of the Littlewoods group. Do you use your L/Ws account number or is a seperate account ... I fancy shopping, lol.

    Hi, I want to order the new England top and I have the £15 dicount but any of the vouchers enetered will not enter. I think my account has just been suspended too (I am a new customer) as it tells me to contact customer services.

    What do you suggest?

    New accounts don't show up straight away so it's expected that you'll receive that message. It'll remain there for at least a few hours although in my experience this can last for up to a day. I guess they're just validating your account.

    What sort of messages are coming up with the vouchers? Does it simply tell you they're not valid and to contact customer services, or does it allow you to go through to the checkout and then states voucher requirements have not been met? If it's the first option, the code is no longer valid. If it's the second one, there's probably a minimum spend attached. Try upping your basket contents and test them that way.
