they change the referring system all the time.. used to be 250p then they doubled that to 500 then put it down to 300 and doubled that for a while but now think its only 300 again

ok - update on my "missing" vouchers - was phoned by the "Technology & Operations Director" , very appologetic ,openly admitted the way i'd been treated was disgraceful, says he has total trust in his staff but has promised to look itno preventing this sort of issue in the future. There are no boots vouchers in stock , but my points HAVE been refunded - so i guess thats a step in the right direction - at least on the face of it - time will tell i guess!

That's brilliant. Looks like they're finally going to do something about it. I know it's a free site, but they can't expect people to click and take up offers just for the love of it! Other reward sites and survey sites seem to have no problem sending out vouchers - and I haven't heard of them going astray. In fact, Pinecone is brilliant, it says if you haven't received your reward within 2 days - either Luncheon Vouchers or PayPal - to contact them.

I wonder why Pigsback don't do PayPal - I might email and suggest it to them. No doubt I'll get the answer that it has been passed on to the relevant team. :rotfl:
