Also new shopping tracker tool........... wonder if that will work?
And have you noticed that last week M&S , and I'm sure many others, were paying 15 points per £1 and now it's only 10 so they tripled the points for a few weeks and already they have cut them down. Last week you needed to spend £230 to get a voucher and now you have to spend £300.
Do they think we won't notice. At least you can get a free stress pig to compensate for having to spend an extra £70 :rolleyes:0 -

I notice how the CTs on the first week of "we are tripling everything" were there, tripled as promised. But since then the CTs have reverted to the one a week....if you are lucky.
They really must think we are stupid. But people don't like to be conned so if you treat your customers with such disdain, pigsback, then they will almost certainly desert you.0 -

As promised we've made a few tweaks in response to ongoing member feedback.
This includes some changes to our key rewards vouchers which will be happening tonight - we've now removed the processing fees so a £10 voucher will be 3000 PiggyPoints rather than 3450.
We've also begun to look into some rewards that were raised as being available on other loyalty sites but not on Pigsback such as Zooplus and Dominos, we should have some news on those and other new rewards soon.
Additionally, we will be looking into the PiggyPoint values of Pigsback merchandise in due course. We're currently dealing with high postage costs on these items which is affecting their PiggyPoint cost but we will look at ways to work around this.
We've also made some adjustments to some of our shopping partners earning values, this is to ensure our competitiveness as an online shopping rewards scheme and also to allow for the reduction in the PiggyPoint cost of a voucher. Some values have gone up and you may well notice a few have also gone down, we have made sure though that in every instance we are offering at least as much as our leading competitor and in most cases we're offering a lot more back per £1.
Check back tomorrow for a revamped Shopping zone including a comparison table that will illustrate our competitiveness and some exciting new merchants.
We really value our members and your personal feedback - you can see that we're listening and acting on your comments as we're always looking for ways to make Pigsback better. Hopefully you'll enjoy the changes we've made but please continue to let us know your thoughts and suggestions.
Many Thanks,
Curly
