You are not on your own. I think i had about the same to get before claiming my second voucher. Ive had to email them to say my thoughts. I think if everyone emails them, they may think about doing something about this.

How can they call it a celebration of their 4th birthday if it works out that we have to work even harder to collect points using CTs. Not a celebration in my eyes...It should be that because we've been with them for so long, they should reward us a little more easier. Without all us lot they wouldnt have been so succesful and they probably wouldn't have seen there 2nd year let alone their forth!

They seem to be selective over who they give birthday points to I didn't get any on my birthday. Maybe you have to have signed up before a certain time..?

I didn't get mine this year..couldn't be bothered to chase them up.

this was on about 2 years ago for a few months then dissapeared. some people still getting points from then but anyone afterwards wont get any points
