I'm sooooo glad I wasn't saving for a pendant, no wonder they took them off the list, would have been about a quarter of a million points for one.

I stopped logging into Pigsback regularly a while ago so was really p'ed off yesterday checking my account and seeing all these changes. Converted all my points into 10 vouchers and vowed to not return but now I've found out that I won a quiz so 3000 points up! Looks like I'll have to hang around just a bit longer for the next voucher.

Why do all these 'improvements' which cost money and are not a benefit to the customer when they could pay the rewards promised when someone buys something, instead of the we have no record of that etc nonsense. The constantly having to chase with emails. The inference we have lied when we have purchased through them etc The extra postage and package costs when rewards are not delivered by recorded delivery etc.

If they became reliable people would come back they would use them regulary as a cashback site and then tell their friends, advertising partners would read good reports about pigsback on forums like this and choose them to advertise their products. Then pigsback could afford to give more clickthroughs again which means more clients etc.

This is a very bad marketing ploy and it comes across like pigsback think we are stupid and easy manipulated. It does not inspire more confidence to shop through them and I am sure some of their trading partners will read threads like this and take their business somewhere else now.

Sorry for the rant it used to be a lovely, reliable, fun site and it is a shame to see it go this way. I hope they can and will improve themselves. I shall hold on to see if they do.

    Have a wonderful day everyone.
